UzDrama may add, change or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. Any changes to these Terms of Use or any terms posted on the App will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

1. User Account:

(1) After registering an account with UzDrama , you may not sell, trade or otherwise transfer or assign your account to another party unless expressly provided otherwise herein. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and agree not to provide your login information to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, whether with or without your knowledge.

(2) Your use of the service has not been suspended or cancelled before

(3) Your registration and use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and that you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Transfer your account

(1) When using our website , you may transfer your account from one device to another and you may transfer the service to the new device as long as you are the owner of both the old and new device and the account being transferred.

(2) You agree not to, and will not attempt to, use the Services for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use .

3. Restrictions and Rules of Use:

(1) As a condition of your use of the Service, and without limiting your other obligations under these Terms of Service, you agree to abide by the use limitations and rules set forth in this Section and in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is a part of these Terms of Use.

The Service is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, transfer, or sell any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

（2）You must not misuse the Services by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, the website or mobile application that hosts the Services or any server, computer or database connected to the Services. You must not attack the Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

4. Disclaimer

You understand and agree that UzDrama is not responsible for any failure to perform due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to vandalism, weather disturbances, national emergencies, labor difficulties, supplier errors, shortages, breach of contract, suspension of existing services due to actions or regulations of any government.

5. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights

UzDrama respects the intellectual property of others and wants to provide a Platform that does not contain content that infringes on the intellectual property of others . If you believe in good faith that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by use of the Platform, you may notify us by emailing uzdrama@163.com  with the words "Notification of Infringement" in the subject line and including: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright (or other intellectual property) interest; a description of the copyrighted work (or other intellectual property) that you claim has been infringed; a description specifying where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Platform; your email address and mailing address and/or telephone number;
